Directions to the Institute
The Institute for Advanced Computing Applications and Technologies is located on the campus of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign at 1205 W. Clark St., Urbana, Illinois.
Note that there is a parking garage with metered spots directly north of the building, across Clark Street.
Please also note that Clark is a one-way street -- traffic flows west to east in front of the building.
From the north on I-57
- Drive south on I-57 to I-74
- Drive east on I-74 to the Lincoln Avenue exit
- Take the Lincoln Avenue exit south to University Avenue
- Turn right onto University Avenue and go to Mathews Avenue
- Turn left onto Mathews Avenue
- Turn left on Clark Street
- The circle drive and entrance will be on your right
From the south on I-57
- Drive north on I-57 to I-74
- Drive east on I-74 to the Lincoln Avenue exit
- Take the Lincoln Avenue exit south to University Avenue
- Turn right onto University Avenue and go to Mathews Avenue
- Turn left onto Mathews Avenue
- Turn left on Clark Street
- The circle drive and entrance will be on your right
From the east on I-74
- Drive west on I-74 to the Lincoln Avenue exit
- Take the Lincoln Avenue exit south to University Avenue
- Turn right onto University Avenue and go to Mathews Avenue
- Turn left onto Mathews Avenue
- Turn left on Clark Street
- The circle drive and entrance will be on your right
From the west on I-74
- Drive east on I-74 to the Lincoln Avenue Exit
- Take the Lincoln Avenue exit south to University Avenue
- Turn right onto University Avenue and go to Mathews Avenue
- Turn left onto Mathews Avenue
- Turn left on Clark Street
- The circle drive and entrance will be on your right
From the west on I-72
- Drive east on I-72. As you arrive in Champaign, I-72 becomes University Avenue
- Follow University Avenue east to Mathews Avenue
- Turn right onto Mathews Avenue
- Turn left on Clark Street
- The circle drive and entrance will be on your right
From Willard Airport on U.S. Route 45
- When leaving Willard, turn left at the light off the airport road and onto Route 45
- Continue on 45 through Savoy to Champaign. Route 45 becomes Neil Street
- Neil Street splits. Keep to the right and, at the light, turn right onto University Avenue
- Follow University Avenue east to Mathews Avenue
- Turn right onto Mathews Avenue
- Turn left on Clark Street
- The circle drive and entrance will be on your right
